Hack The Box is hiring a Director of Global GSI Alliance, an individual contributor role reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships and Alliances. The position will architect strategic partnerships with Tier 1 system integrators, develop global cyber-resilience service offerings, integrate the company’s training and exercise platform, manage CxO relationships, accelerate partner-sourced pipeline, and forecast complex multi-year contracts. The role requires 7–10+ years of partnerships experience, experience building global service offerings, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel. Compensation is 217,000–260,000 OTE on a 70/30 split, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, life, disability, leave, training, and other benefits.
