CodeAI is hiring a Director of Global Strategy & Programs to set the strategic direction for expanding access to computer science and artificial intelligence learning outside the United States. The role owns global performance, designs and scales programs and partnerships, develops operating models for breadth and depth markets, leads a small global team, manages budgets and vendors, and represents the organization to government, education partners, and media. Candidates need at least seven years of experience driving systemic change in K-12 education worldwide, nonprofit and education-sector experience, and the ability to design data-driven systems and scale programs across curriculum, teacher professional development, government relations, and partner enablement. The position is based in the continental United States, requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, and offers a salary of $117,000 to $130,000 plus benefits.
