CodeAI is hiring a Director of Global Strategy & Programs to lead the strategy, programs, partnerships, measurement, and operations that expand access to computer science and artificial intelligence education outside the United States. The role involves balancing priority-market investment with scalable approaches, leading a small global team, managing budgets and partners, working with ministries and education ecosystems, representing the organization externally, and aligning global insights with broader organizational strategy. The position requires at least seven years of experience driving systemic change in K-12 education worldwide, particularly AI and computer science education, and is restricted to U.S. citizens or permanent residents working within the continental United States.
