Temple University’s Office of the Graduate School is hiring a Director of Graduate School Operations and Strategic Initiatives to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for graduate school initiatives, governance, communications, publications, and student success efforts. The role reports to the Dean, manages cross-functional projects, supports graduate academic governance, oversees dissertation and thesis processes, advances data-informed decision-making, and collaborates with stakeholders to improve graduate recruitment, retention, completion, and professional development. The position is full-time, regular, and hybrid on the Main Campus in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, tuition remission, paid time off, and retirement.
