North Carolina A&T State University is hiring a permanent full-time Director of Imagination Scholars to lead the strategic development, implementation, growth, and assessment of a four-year scholar program for first-generation students from rural communities. The role oversees recruitment and selection, academic and student success, mentorship, professional development, internships, domestic and international experiences, community impact, alumni engagement, partnerships, budgets, program outcomes, and fiscal and administrative practices. The position reports to the Vice Chancellor and Chief of Staff, requires a master’s degree and at least five years of progressively responsible higher education or related experience, and offers a salary range of $86,000 to $92,000.
