Description
Curve Dental is hiring an Implementation Director to own the end-to-end onboarding and go-live of new dental customers, including data migration, go-live quality, customer satisfaction, and onboarding churn. The role leads a team of approximately 30, reports to the Chief Customer Officer, and is responsible for forecasting capacity, improving delivery metrics, automating conversion tooling, and redesigning the implementation process to scale. The position requires at least 8 years of implementation, professional services, or B2B SaaS onboarding experience, including 4+ years leading managers, and offers a hybrid schedule from the Provo, Utah office.
