Description
Enterprise is hiring a Director of Incubation and Trends to lead a growing portfolio of land use and zoning reform work within Enterprise Advisors’ Incubation and Trends practice. The role manages projects and 2–4 staff, develops strategy and business opportunities, provides technical assistance to local governments and community partners, and oversees geospatial analysis, parcel prioritization, mapping, market studies, and quantitative and qualitative research to support affordable housing and housing-supply solutions. The position requires an undergraduate degree, at least 10 years of relevant experience, five years managing staff and teams, and preferred proficiency with ArcGIS and R or Python. It may be based in Washington, DC; Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles, or Cleveland, with Washington, DC preferred.
