World Central Kitchen is hiring a Director of Individual Giving to lead and grow a critical fundraising program responsible for more than half of annual revenue. The role will manage major donors, family foundations, and individual supporters; develop annual and multi-year revenue strategies; launch planned giving; and lead a team with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, donor stewardship, data-driven planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires substantial individual giving and team leadership experience, fundraising technology fluency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced humanitarian environment.
