World Central Kitchen (WCK) is hiring a Director of Individual Giving to lead a critical fundraising stream responsible for more than half of annual revenue. The role will manage major donors, family foundations, and individual supporters; develop and execute annual and multi-year revenue plans; launch planned giving; and lead a team focused on donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration. The position is based in the United States, requires significant individual giving and team leadership experience, familiarity with fundraising technology such as Salesforce, and includes travel up to 25% along with full benefits and a $120,000-$135,000 salary range.
