Orbitworks is seeking a Director of Industrial Management to lead its transition from a startup to an industrialized space-systems manufacturer. The role involves overseeing all Operations functions, including AIT, QA, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, and Test, to ensure alignment, readiness, and execution for both immediate deliveries and long-term scaling. The director will partner with the VP of Operations and functional leaders to develop processes, capacity models, and operational rhythms that support reliable production and prepare the organization for increased throughput. The ideal candidate will have extensive aerospace or avionics manufacturing experience, strong cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to convert complex operational challenges into actionable plans.
