Description
Rainmaker is hiring a Director of Industrial Partnerships to drive commercial adoption of precipitation enhancement services across mining, oil and gas, hydroelectric, and other large industrial sectors. The role will identify and qualify prospects, develop and manage partnership pipelines, structure service and outcome-based deals, engage industrial operators and co-investors, coordinate public-private opportunities, build multi-party coalitions, and organize site visits and demonstrations. The position requires at least five years of relevant commercial business development, sales, or partnership experience, a bachelor's degree, and approximately 50% travel.
