Description
ButterflyMX is hiring a Director of Information Technology to lead and operate a modern, secure, AI-enabled enterprise technology function for its distributed workforce. The role owns identity and access management, endpoint and hardware management, SaaS governance, workplace infrastructure, security, reliability, and IT support, while also applying AI and agentic systems to automate workflows and improve employee experiences. It is an individual-contributor leadership role reporting to the CISO, requiring at least seven years of relevant IT experience, including three years in a senior or highly autonomous role, and offering a base salary of $190,000–$210,000 plus potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
