Description
Machina Labs is hiring a Director of Infrastructure & Security to build and scale the secure technology foundation for its commercial operations and defense-focused Machina Bellator subsidiary. The role leads enterprise IT, cloud and DevOps infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and physical security systems; defines the infrastructure and security roadmap; strengthens a defense-compliant environment; builds the Security Engineering capability; and ensures systems can scale without impacting engineers and operators. The Director reports to the VP of Engineering – Software & IT and partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, EHS, Legal, and other business leaders. This is a player-coach role involving strategy, organization building, and hands-on technology work.
