Lehigh University is hiring a Director of Institutional Compliance to lead the enterprise-wide compliance program, reporting to the VP and General Counsel. The role is responsible for developing and implementing compliance frameworks, conducting assessments, monitoring higher-education regulations, leading the Institutional Risk and Compliance Committee, managing policy development and training, overseeing reporting mechanisms and investigations support, and serving as liaison to regulators and auditors. The position is based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, is full-time exempt staff, may allow partial remote work, and requires a bachelor’s degree plus 7–10 years of progressive compliance, risk management, or legal experience.
