Description
Scout is hiring a Director of Interconnection to lead the company’s interconnection function and strategy across utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects in the United States and Canada. The role oversees generator interconnection, transmission strategy, grid integration, engineering, utility and ISO/RTO relationships, portfolio risk, budgets, and process improvement from project origination through commercial operation, while building and leading a high-performing team. The preferred location is Scout’s Boulder, Colorado office, though remote arrangements may be considered; the position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or related engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
