Director of International Ecommerce at Veronica Beard

Veronica Beard is hiring an International Ecommerce Director to build and scale its international ecommerce business across Canada, EMEA, and other markets. The role leads international P&L, market-entry roadmaps, site experience, merchandising, pricing, content, marketing, fulfillment, payments, compliance, and cross-border customer experience, while analyzing performance data and aligning international teams with headquarters. The position requires 8–10+ years of ecommerce experience, international market knowledge, strong analytics and digital marketing skills, cross-functional leadership experience, and fluency in English; Shopify or Global E experience is preferred. The base salary is $150,000–$170,000, with additional benefits, incentives, clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
