Description
The Director of International School (Principal) will provide overall direction and supervision for a secondary school and secondary staff in North Africa, reporting to the Executive Director. The role oversees school administration, curriculum development, academic programs, assessment, teacher and staff performance, professional development, intern programs, scheduling, parent communication, and student and staff well-being. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s degree, at least five years of teaching or school administration experience, leadership experience, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
