Potomac is hiring a full-time, on-site Director of Investor Relations in Bethesda, Maryland. The role serves as a subject-matter expert for tax-loss harvesting, direct indexing, and hedge fund strategies; presents investment research to advisors, consultants, family offices, and institutional investors; supports fundraising and business development; creates educational content; and collaborates with portfolio managers and researchers. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant experience, strong communication and presentation skills, knowledge of financial markets and risk management, and experience using AI tools. The salary range is 120K-140K, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
