Description
Emergence is hiring its first dedicated Director of IT to build a portfolio IT function from the ground up across its holding company and portfolio companies. The role owns acquisition IT integrations, identity and access operations, tool and credential inventory, vendor and license management, MSP relationships, and cross-portfolio data connections. It requires 6–10 years of hands-on IT operations, systems administration, or MSP/consulting delivery, including at least 3 years in an IT leadership role and experience managing IT across multiple companies or business units. The position is remote and U.S.-based, with a base salary of $140,000–$175,000 plus a performance-based bonus.
