Description
Cavista Holdings is hiring a Director of Legal to lead legal, governance, regulatory, compliance, and risk management functions across the Group and its portfolio companies. The role advises executive leadership and the Board, supports complex transactions and strategic initiatives, oversees contracts, litigation, intellectual property, compliance programs, regulatory engagement, and corporate secretariat matters, and develops and leads a high-performing legal team. The position requires a Bachelor of Laws, Barrister-at-Law qualification, admission to practice, and at least 20 years of progressive legal experience, including at least 8 years in senior legal leadership.
