Legora is hiring a Director of Legal Engineering in Dubai to establish and lead the company’s Legal Engineering function for the Middle East. The role owns the team, staffing model, quality standards, career management, enterprise delivery, client relationships, and the connection between Legal Engineering and commercial outcomes. It requires substantial Gulf legal experience, a legal qualification, strong people-management and commercial judgment, Arabic capability, and the ability to work from the Dubai office five days per week with regional travel.
