Description
Metrea is hiring a full-time Head of Maintenance to oversee global line maintenance, organic and contracted heavy maintenance, and maintenance control operations for its KC-135 tanker fleet. The role supervises maintenance managers and the planning manager, ensures compliance with applicable regulations and airworthiness standards, and leads a high-volume, confidential aviation maintenance operation. Candidates must hold an FAA A&P or EASA Part 66 qualification, have substantial experience in comparable aviation maintenance leadership, and be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret or higher security clearance. The position is office-based with possible travel up to 25% and offers a base pay range of $150,000 to $175,000 USD.
