Description
Silverado is hiring a Director of Plant Operations to oversee the safety, maintenance, and upkeep of a memory-care community. The role manages facility repairs, vendor contracts, emergency maintenance, maintenance staff, laundry and housekeeping support, and cross-departmental operations, with possible work outside regular hours. Candidates need at least three years of hospital or institutional experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, laundry, and housekeeping procedures, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in an environment with animals and pets. The anticipated pay range is $75,000–$80,000 USD, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
