Description
The Director of Maintenance leads Thrive Aviation’s Part 135 maintenance team, overseeing aircraft maintenance planning, scheduling, budgeting, compliance with FAA and other regulations, documentation, and coordination with aircraft owners. The role requires an A&P license, a bachelor’s degree in aviation management or a related field, or 7–10 years of aircraft maintenance and inspection experience with a Part 135 operator, along with advanced aircraft systems knowledge, aircraft parts management expertise, and familiarity with maintenance software.
