Martin's Point Health Care is hiring a physician leader to serve as Director of Medical Practice (MD/DO). The role combines primary care delivery with clinical leadership and management of clinicians at designated practice sites, partnering with practice operations leadership on quality, access, patient experience, value-based care, budgets, scheduling, productivity, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, retention, and continuous improvement. The position requires an MD or DO degree, board certification, unrestricted medical licenses in Maine and New Hampshire, a DEA license, BLS or ACLS certification, and at least three years of direct patient care experience. It is a full-time role based in Maine/New Hampshire practice sites, with a stated annual salary range of $238,389.30 to $294,480.90 and no immigration sponsorship.
