ImOn Communications is hiring a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to lead corporate development, acquisitions, partnerships, and new-market growth. The role reports to the CEO, manages the full M&A lifecycle from opportunity identification through integration, supports greenfield expansions, leads a business development team, and engages with investors and external partners. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business field, an MBA preferred, and at least 12 years of progressive experience in business development, corporate development, or M&A leadership.
