The Director of North America Trade Compliance and Programs will lead customs, export, and IMMEX compliance programs across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The role oversees tariff classification, free-trade-agreement qualifications, duty analytics, regulatory reporting, ERP and global-trade-system governance, risk screening, and internal controls, while leading and mentoring a team of customs professionals. It requires at least 10 years of progressive international-trade, customs-brokerage, or supply-chain experience, strong knowledge of U.S. customs and USMCA rules, IMMEX expertise, and bilingual Spanish-English ability.
