Description
Panelmatic is hiring a Director of NPDI Quality to lead quality planning, independent phase-gate governance, reliability and risk assurance, verification and validation evidence, manufacturing-quality readiness, and quality handoff through launch for new-product development and introduction. The role partners with Engineering, R&D, Test, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, and other functions while respecting their technical and program ownership, and leads NPDI Quality Engineers. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or quality field and at least 10 years of progressive quality experience in engineered-product or manufacturing environments are required.
