Health Dimensions Group is hiring a Director of Nursing for Spring Valley Health and Rehab, a managed 40-bed skilled nursing community in Spring Valley, Wisconsin. The role leads clinical operations across the senior campus, overseeing nursing services, quality of care, regulatory compliance, staffing, survey readiness, and quality improvement while partnering with campus leadership and supporting residents and families. The position requires an active Wisconsin RN license or the ability to obtain one, CPR certification, a nursing degree, and two to three years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.
