THE FORUM is recruiting a Director of Nursing to lead nursing services in its Skilled Nursing Facility. The role oversees nursing operations, staffing, resident care, regulatory compliance, interdisciplinary collaboration, and staff development, and requires a current California RN license, at least two years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience, and two years of leadership or supervisory experience. The salary range is $125,000 to $185,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
