The Director of Nursing will lead and manage the established residential intensive care department, including nursing care quality, staff scheduling, compliance, documentation, quality inspections, multidisciplinary coordination, and employee development. The role requires a nursing qualification, relevant leadership training of at least 460 hours, and preferably nursing leadership experience; intensive-care experience is advantageous.
