5K Power is hiring a Director of Operations to provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across its four business units: Electrical Prefab, Skidding, Temp Power Solutions, and UL Manufacturing. The role oversees unit managers and leads, manages budgets and P&L, coordinates staffing and supply chain, establishes operational KPIs, drives lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with NEC, UL 508A, OSHA, and other applicable codes. The position requires at least eight years of progressive operations or manufacturing leadership, including three years in a senior leadership role, along with experience in electrical prefabrication, industrial manufacturing, or construction services. The role is split between an office and regular time on industrial shop floors across facilities.
