Description
The Director of Operations will lead and coordinate on-site operations for Rogers Behavioral Health's PHP/IOP campuses in Oconomowoc, including startup execution, program development, financial stewardship, contract management, marketing support, organizational structure, communication with senior leadership and clients, personnel management, and regulatory/quality oversight. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), at least three years of management experience in behavioral health, and preferred experience in contract maintenance and business development.
