Description
The Director of Operations & Maintenance Programs leads assigned federal Operations & Maintenance contracts, overseeing Program Managers, project teams, and site leadership to ensure contractual compliance, operational performance, safety, customer satisfaction, financial results, and workforce development. The role partners with government customers, subcontractors, and internal teams; supports contract transitions and growth; monitors KPIs; and develops operational talent. It requires at least ten years of progressive federal leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering, prior Base Support Operations Maintenance experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret or Q clearance. The position is remote or hybrid, requires up to 50% travel, and includes extensive background and drug-screening requirements.
