Cavista Holdings is hiring a Director of Operations to serve as a senior strategic leader responsible for designing and improving operational frameworks, governance, policies, processes, risk management, KPI reporting, digital transformation, and business transformation across the company and its portfolio companies. The role partners with executive leadership and business leaders to build scalable operating models, support mergers and acquisitions, and drive operational excellence and sustainable growth. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant business or management discipline, at least 20 years of progressive operational leadership experience, and at least 8 years in a senior operations leadership role; an MBA or master's degree and relevant certifications are preferred.
