The role involves identifying and procuring projects, managing client and project-team relationships, supervising and developing staff, coordinating multiple projects, serving as a project manager on significant projects, and contributing to operational excellence. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, at least 10 years of AEC operations experience including 5 years in senior leadership, and a proven record of client relationships and project delivery.
