MANTECH is hiring a full-time, hybrid Director of Operations for its Oahu, Hawaii work location. The role plans and coordinates operations across public and private sector organizations, leads theater-wide logistics and strategic sustainment, synchronizes multi-domain logistics services, approves operational frameworks, and mentors subordinate staff. Candidates need a BA/BS in business administration, logistics, or a related field, at least 12 years of relevant commercial-industry experience in the INDOPACOM AOR, strategic document-approval experience, and expert knowledge of joint theater distribution and campaign planning. A Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain it are required; the projected compensation is $144,900 to $260,900, with health insurance and other benefits available.
