The company is seeking a Site Manager to succeed its current Site Manager in a photogravure, graphic production, printing, and high-end communication materials organization. The role oversees daily site operations, manages a team of approximately ten employees, supervises technical production quality, coordinates trades and resources, handles urgent client requests, and represents the company to premium clients and partners. The position requires strong expertise in photogravure, prepress, printing, graphic production, POS fabrication, and project management, along with operational leadership, decision-making autonomy, and client-facing communication. The anticipated fixed salary starts at €50,000 gross per year, with potential variable compensation linked to business development.
