Description
The Director of Operations will serve as the on-site lead for operational matters, overseeing security staffing, resident assistants, drivers, and vans. The role manages security and operational policies and procedures, coordinates with hotel management to maintain safety and cleanliness, handles procurement and logistics with city agencies, and serves as a liaison between the program and hotel management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of facility, shelter, or immigration-site management experience, knowledge of facility policies and billing, staff scheduling ability, familiarity with CARES, flexibility for off-hours calls and responses, and a New York State driver’s license.
