Daniels Health is hiring a Director of Operations, Quebec, to lead the company’s facilities and transportation operations across Quebec. The role provides hands-on leadership, develops operational teams, oversees health and safety, compliance, customer experience, financial performance, and continuous improvement, and supports strategic initiatives such as network optimization, facility expansion, and acquisitions. The position reports to the Vice President, Operations Canada, requires 7 to 10 years of progressive operational leadership experience, bilingual French and English communication, and regular travel throughout Quebec.
