DailyPay is hiring a Director of Partnerships to lead business development with fintech partners across acquiring, issuing, multi-rail and infrastructure providers, and online financial-product marketplaces. The role owns partnership strategy and revenue growth, manages high-value bank, lender, and marketplace relationships, develops pricing and partnership frameworks, uses data to optimize performance, and collaborates with product, operations, analytics, and vertical teams. Candidates need 10+ years of consulting, strategy, or cross-functional growth experience, including 5+ years in financial technology, payments, or financial-services marketplaces, along with expertise in payment processing, partner relationship management, quantitative analysis, financial forecasting, and modeling.
