HelloFresh’s Global Payments Tribe is hiring a Director of Payments Engineering to lead multiple engineering squads across Warsaw and Berlin, own payments architecture and reliability strategy, and drive a GenAI transformation of the engineering organization. The role focuses on scaling and optimizing payment infrastructure across a large subscription business, partnering closely with Product, Finance, Growth, and payment service providers, and setting technical direction across modern backend and frontend technologies on AWS.
