Nitra is seeking a Director of People to oversee and scale their human resources function during a period of significant growth. This role involves close collaboration with leadership and various departments like Sales, Product, and Operations to align talent strategies with business objectives, foster high-performing teams, and establish robust people systems to support rapid expansion. The director will manage end-to-end recruitment, core people programs such as onboarding and performance management, and define hiring frameworks to ensure consistent and fair hiring practices. Additionally, the role entails designing scalable people infrastructure, including policies and tools, to enhance team effectiveness as the company expands. It's a senior, cross-functional leadership position requiring strong operational execution alongside strategic judgment, involving hands-on involvement where necessary and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership while contributing to cultural shaping and long-term organizational health.
