Eucalyptus is hiring a Director of People Partnering, EMEA to lead and develop a People Partnering team, advise senior leaders on organisation, leadership and talent strategy, and drive workforce planning, organisational design, leadership development, succession, and meaningful change across the EMEA region. The role requires senior People Partner or HRBP experience, strong business acumen, knowledge of UK employment law, and the ability to work across multiple jurisdictions. It is based in the United Kingdom with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days per week in the Old Street office.
