The Director of Placements (Workforce Programs) will oversee the implementation of an employability operational model for short-term programs under Workforce Pell. This includes managing student placements, activating employers, and completing necessary documentation. The role involves coordinating with various internal teams, monitoring student progress, preparing reports, identifying process improvements, supporting institutional compliance, and aligning all activities with institutional policies.
