Description
Redesign Health is hiring a Director of Platform to build and operate its India founder ecosystem. The role will attract, engage, assess, and nurture startup founders; develop the founder network and brand; support founders after investment through platform services; and contribute to the operations and culture of the India innovation platform. The position requires at least eight years of experience, ideally in venture capital or 0-1 startups, strong knowledge of the Indian startup market, excellent founder-sourcing and communication skills, and fluency in English. The role is based in India and involves collaboration with U.S.-based counterparts and the use of AI tools.
