Quadient is hiring a Director of Product & Strategy, CXM Flex to own the strategy, roadmap, product outcomes, and product management team for its on-premise, self-hosted, and managed Inspire portfolio. The role balances sustaining the enterprise install base, modernizing the platform, defining migration paths to CXM SaaS, and enabling AI capabilities while protecting ARR, NRR, renewals, and customer satisfaction. It requires extensive enterprise software product management experience, deep CXM and on-premise platform expertise, cloud migration experience, and strong executive leadership; the position offers a hybrid work model.
