CloudTalk, a global AI-powered business calling platform backed by $35.3M in funding, is seeking a Director of Product. The successful candidate will lead the product organization, focusing on moving with conviction, speed, and evidence. They will oversee a team of Product Managers, Designers, and Product Operations, driving efficient, data-driven strategies and translating them into high-velocity roadmaps. The Director will act as a "Player-Coach," coaching PMs to enhance ownership and problem-solving capabilities, resolving blockers and scope disputes proactively. Embracing an AI-first approach and dual-track agile methodology, the Director will foster collaboration with the engineering team, prioritize resource management, and ensure alignment with commercial goals.
