Description
Niural is hiring a Director of Product to own the end-to-end product experience across payroll, PEO/EOR, benefits, and payments. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will set product strategy, define the interaction model for agentic software, lead and grow a unified product and design team, run customer discovery, partner with engineering, and own product correctness in regulated areas. The position requires at least five years of product management experience, including two years leading teams, along with strong AI, design, and B2B or fintech product experience.
