Scopely is hiring a Director of Product, Features to lead the features teams for Star Trek Fleet Command in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. The role owns the strategic planning, roadmap, business performance, feature development, launches, engagement, monetization, product ecosystem health, process improvements, and team leadership for the game. It requires experience with free-to-play games, strong leadership and analytical skills, game design knowledge, and experience hitting revenue or metric targets on a live game; an MBA or degree in a related field is a plus.
